Controlled and guaranteed raw materials, consistent quality, and accurate finishing of both internal and external surfaces are essential and indispensable characteristics to obtain perfect and homogeneous tubes and capillary tubes. Their surfaces, especially the internal ones, must be bright and smooth, free from any impurities.
Therefore, it is a “craftsmanship” production, even if with industrial quantities.
Continuous controls of tolerances on internal and external diameters using calibers and calibrated plugs are carried out during the entire production process, ensuring compliance with the main international standards for the production of tubes and capillary tubes (UNI EN 12449 – EN 12450 – EN 12735 – EN 13600).
Our tubes and capillary tubes can also be produced in close cooperation with our customers, ensuring stricter dimensional and quality tolerances than international standards.
Flameg has a technological in-house laboratory: tensile strenght R/mm2, alongation A%, yeld strenght and yeld points equipments, hardness testers (HV) and digital microscopes allow us tu issue, for all lot of production, a testing certificate EN 10204-3.1.
Flameg is also ISO 9001:2015 certified.
